Our own “Captain Kirk” San Pedro cactus is again for sale.
This Cactus has long been in ceremonial use and is only grown on a privately owned botanical preserve in which I have exclusive harvesting rights. I am called when wind has blown over some of the old giants. It gets its name from the caretaker of the preserve.
Thanks to hurricane Hillary there is some available at this time.
Most will have some superficial scarring which occurs naturally when they fall. Discolored areas that are dry does not affect their ability to reproduce. In fact, some pieces may have pups or roots already protruding. All are perfectly viable.

 *Did you know? When a San Pedro cactus dries out, only the water leaves the cactus and all of its special properties remain in the cactus? They are also able to sprout new “pups” long after they appear to dry to do so.
